Processing of personal data
This document summarizes the basic principles of handling personal data of users of our website www.xxx.cz (hereinafter referred to as the Website). The website operator Karel Křivánek (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), with its registered office in Špindlerův Mlýn, Labská 94,543 51, ID: 08426783, acts as the personal data controller. When processing personal data, we proceed in accordance with European Union Regulation No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation.
Data collected by the Operator
The data collected by the Operator in connection with the completed contact form on the Website includes the user's first and last name, telephone and e-mail contact (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data) and the text of the message, or query, in the contact form.
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the user grants the Operator consent to the processing of personal data to the extent to which they were provided by the user, i.e. to the extent of the contact form on the Website. By consenting to the processing of personal data, the user grants consent to the use of Personal Data to identify the user and to send commercial offers.
By granting consent, a user who is under 18 years of age declares that he has asked his legal representative (parent) for consent to the processing of his personal data.
Purpose for which personal data are processed, who processes the data and for what period
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is this consent. Based on this consent, the Operator is authorized to process Personal Data for the purpose of ensuring the proper implementation of marketing activities, creating surveys and business statistics regarding behavior, sending commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services (including sending commercial communications by electronic means), providing professional and marketing information, all by any means of communication, in particular via web services, e-mail, telephone and post. This may also include advertising communications, targeted commercial offers, marketing research and analyses using data obtained from research or from publicly available sources.
The Operator may also address users as part of marketing research and analyses in order to improve the quality of the services provided within the Website. For the purpose of implementing these offers and addressing, the Operator may use contractual processors.
The Operator usually processes user data in its own computer systems, although it may also use the systems of third parties (so-called Processors). However, these persons will only have access to this data for the time strictly necessary and to the extent strictly necessary, if necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
Data obtained via the contact form is usually stored until the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked and then usually for 6-12 months after the revocation. Subsequently, only basic identification data and data on the granting/revocation of consent are usually stored for a reasonable period. All data that the user provides via the contact form is stored on a secure server.
User rights related to the protection of personal data and the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data
The user has the right to revoke his consent at any time, correct or supplement personal data, request a restriction of processing, raise an objection or complaint against the processing of personal data, request data portability, access to his personal data, be informed of a personal data breach, deletion and other rights stipulated in the GDPR.
The user may revoke this voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to the address: info@pensionmonika.cz. Consent can also be revoked directly from each commercial communication sent by email.
The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its revocation. The revocation of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on a legal basis other than consent.
